Robinson Crusoe
The family pantomime

This season Heckington Players present ‘Robinson Crusoe’, another hilarious pantomime from the pen of Kei Bailey. A swashbuckling tale full of exciting adventure, colourful characters and sea-faring silliness. All located in Hale Magna village hall, with comfy seating, a fully stocked bar, and plenty of onsite car parking.
Robinson lives in a little seaside town called Much-Piddling-by-the-Sea with his mother, Ma Crusoe, and his brother, Billy. The family are skint and are up to their neck in debt, so when the kindly Fairy Marina gives Robinson a treasure map, the Crusoe family waste no time in setting off on a voyage to find the island where X marks the spot. However, also in hot pursuit of the treasure is Captain Kilkraken, a wicked pirate queen who sails the Seven Seas with her dastardly all-female crew. What lengths will the pirates go to get their hands on the booty?
